How do you make the Zombie Apocalypse a little harsher? There are so many angles to the outbreak and it’s far reaching impacts. How do you make survivors dig a little deeper into raw emotion if such an event were to happen?
You toss America into its second Civil War just prior to the outbreak. Not only do you need to be cautious about the infected freaks, but also the crazy minds of those still hell bent on fighting. The Civil War was a frightening time with many families divided on different versions of wrong and right.
The Zombie Civil War is not fought between zombie factions. The second Civil War is fought between both the North and the South during the initial steps into the Zombie Apocalypse. Maybe one of the factions is too blame for the far reaching epidemic. However, you want have to wait too long for answers. Infected Freaks Volume One is due out this fall.
Gritty old Abraham Heinz is missing two of his grow children, one serving the North and another serving the South. The infected freaks come on so quickly he has no time to gather his missing brood before everything spoils. So now, he must set out in a world of ruin to find his missing children. However, when and if he finds them alive, can he really separate them from their fanatical views? Or will be forced to choose between a son and a daughter.
